Step 01 | Unpack the Device

Carefully remove the compression massager from its packaging.

Step 02 | Connect the Hoses

Attach the air hoses from the massager boots to the hose connector on the main control unit, ensuring a secure and correct fit.

Step 03 | Power the Device

Plug the power adapter into an electrical outlet and connect the other end to the controller connector on the control unit.

Step 04 | Prepare for Use

Sit in a comfortable chair and slip your legs and feet into the massager boots like putting on a pair of boots.

Step 05 | Secure the Massager

Fasten the closures on the boots snugly around your legs and feet to ensure they are secure but comfortable.

Step 06 | Turn on the Device

Press the power button on the control unit to switch on the device.

Step 07 | Select Massage Settings

Use the control unit to select your desired massage mode, intensity, and duration. You can usually choose between different programs and intensities according to your comfort level.

Step 08 | Start the Massage
